Mowing Service Annual Contract Only

ANNUAL LAWN MOWING SERVICE SEASON

Starting on the first Monday of May and ending the mowing season on the last week of October.

Includes:
*Mowing the front yard and backyard single cut every week (If double cut is required, an extra fee will be added to the invoice)
*Edging the lawn every other week
*String trimming all the areas where the mower can not reach like corners, trees, gutters downspouts, ditches, low areas, etc.
*Blowing grass clippings out of hard surfaces like Walkway, porch, patio, driveway, street, etc.
*The service will be done on weekdays if the weather conditions are favorable but if it is a rainy day it will be done 1 or 2 days before or after the designated day
*If the Client requests to skip any mowing, it will not affect the cost of this contract and we must be notified one day before the mowing day

SPRING AND FALL LEAVES LAWN CLEAN UP

Includes:
*One Lawn clean-up in the spring season
*One Lawn clean-up in the fall season
*Blowing all the leaves out of the property
*Picking up most of the wood sticks and branches fallen from the trees
*Mowing the lawn if necessary
*Trimming and Edging the lawn if necessary
*Blowing all hard surfaces

***Hauling the leaves away and disposal fees are not included, we will blow all the leaves to the street windrow for city pick up unless the customer requests the haul away service***

**Spring leaves cleaning will be done as soon as the service starts
**Fall leaves cleanup will be done one time in the first or second week of November if the owner requires an additional cleanup, it will be quoted separately

Annual Billing Policy

Our annual service is billed in two upfront payments:

First Payment: Due when the service is scheduled.

Second Payment: Due during the last week of July.
At this time, you have the flexibility to either cancel the service or continue for the second period.
