*This is a flat fee for the Sprinkler Service Call

Includes:

*Up to 6 zones and $7.00 for any extra zone
*Check the water supply and turn it on
*Programming the Controller
*Adjusting sprinkler heads to water properly
*Checking out the proper function of all the zones
*Checking out if there are no visible broken water lines

*Includes Up to 2 hours of labor cost (if it requires more time to get it fixed, it will be charged accordingly)

**If any repairs are needed, they will be quoted according to the list below and added to the final price, If a repair not listed below is required, it will be quoted separately

**Landscaping repairs are not included in this estimate.

This fee starts after the 2nd working hour

*Wi-Fi Smart Controller Installation Service Includes:
*Supply and installation of a new Wi-Fi Smart Controller.
*Securely mounting the controller to the wall.
*Verifying proper wire connections.
*Programming and testing all zones for functionality.

Additional Notes:
*If a complete re-wiring is required, it will be quoted separately based on the scope of work

Sprinkler line relocation up to 8 ft, any additional pipe will be charged at 15.65 per extra foot installed

Green Valve box relocation up to 8 ft, any additional pipe will be charged at $15.65 per extra foot installed

*Installing a new zone including valves, wires, pipe, connectors, and up to 4 sprinkler heads

Any other repair not listed above will be quote separately, give us a call for more information

Service Agreement Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: Full Payment Upon Completion:
*The Company requires 100% payment at the end of the project/service. 

*Accepted Payment Methods: Credit Card, PayPal (to "PEREZ SOLUTIONS LLC")

*Discounts: A 3% discount will be applied to the final cost of the invoice if paying via: Cash, Check, ACH payments, Electronic Transfers, or Zelle @ 734-881-3156

*Utility Marking: The Company will contact 811 MISS DIG to mark any underground services before the project or service starts if necessary.

*Additional Work: Any work not mentioned in the description above or any repairs before, during, or after the construction of the project/service are not included and will be quoted separately.
*Repairs and Part Replacements: Any repairs or part replacements required during or after the project/service will be added to the final invoice of the project/service.

*Agreement and Final Payment: This agreement constitutes an order for the services described above, and both parties, The Company, and The Client, agree to its terms. The Client agrees to make the final payment upon completion of the project/service.

*Media Use: The Client agrees that The Company may use digital media (photos, videos, etc.) taken before, during, and after the project/service for advertising purposes.

*Legal Binding Agreement: Digitally signing this agreement, scheduling the service, or making the initial deposit holds the same legal weight as manually signing a paper contract, and this document will become a legally binding contract between The Company and The Client as described above.
