We have a smaller home and have been treated poorly by other landscaping companies as if they could take or leave our business with them. When Roberto came out and quoted our home for landscaping and hard scaping we were very impressed. He was very polite and listened to all of my husband and my crazy requests. Never making us feel like we knew nothing or acted like he was too good for our business like some other contract companies have. We look forward to seeing his designs and quotes and hopefully continuing to do business with him. Initial impressions do mean something! Thank you Roberto!

We could not be more impressed with Roberto and his team at Great Lakes Solutions!! We looked all over for a contractor and mason who could remodel our existing fireplace. GLS was the only company that was able to do exactly what we wanted, including the electrical work, and for a price they couldn't be beat! They were super friendly, efficient, and quick! We are loving our new fireplace and can't wait to work with GLS again on our next home project! Highly recommend!

Working with Pérez Solutions LLC for a brick patio was the right choice. Roberto Pérez (owner/operator) is tech-savvy and responded quickly to everything from the initial quote to during-construction questions, and I feel confident that if I contacted him 3 years from now with a question about the patio, he would respond just as quickly. Pérez Solutions will treat your small project like the most important job they've ever done: from working around the needs of our household to offering to accompany me to the nursery to pick out plants, Roberto was fully engaged in making sure we got the patio and landscaping that was right for us. It's obvious that Roberto believes in the quality of the products he uses and has done the research to make recommendations about what is right for different circumstances. He is knowledgeable about not only the construction and landscaping aspects of his work, but also aesthetics and helping create the backyard experience each client wants. He is nice to his employees (as all employers should be but not all are). I never saw him get angry or raise his voice to the men working with him; they all worked well together. It was a great feeling knowing that we had chosen a company that wanted to work with us and took the job seriously, had the experience and skill to do great work, and was well-managed and treated their employees with respect.

Roberto is awesome to deal with. He did a wonderful job installing a paver patio for us and was very patient, making sure that we got exactly what we wanted. He was meticulous with the preparation and with the laying of the brick pavers, resulting in an awesome patio. We have already received many compliments on it. We would recommend him and his crew to anyone who wants great service from an awesome guy! 

We absolutely cannot say enough about how pleased we were with Perez Solutions. Roberto is awesome--very patient and willing to work with you to get you what you want. We had a brick paver patio installed and could not be more pleased. Roberto is very polite and hard working, as is his helper. If you are looking for any landscaping services you will not find a better company to do business with!
